Absolutely. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already active, workouts are tailored to your current fitness level and progress with you over time.
Can I use the app at home, or do I need a gym membership?
You can do both! The app offers complete home-based and gym-based programs. Home workouts require minimal equipment (dumbbells, adjustable bench, and resistance bands)
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Most workouts take 40–60 minutes, 3 days per week, in as little as 2-3 hours a week you can see GREAT results.
Do I need to be over 40 to benefit from this app?
No. While it’s designed with the needs of people over 40 in mind, the strategies and programs work for people of any age
