This Sculpting Program is designed to reshape your body from head to toe. Whether you're aiming to maintain or even build muscle while in a calorie deficit—or add size in a surplus—this program adapts to your goals. With structured workouts that change every four weeks, your body and muscles are consistently challenged, avoiding plateaus and driving progress. The program is broken into four distinct phases, forming a complete 16-week cycle that you can repeat again and again. As long as you continue to push yourself, you’ll keep seeing results. Speaking of pushing yourself—that’s the key. To maximize your results, make sure your muscles reach fatigue within the given rep range. If you can hit the top of the rep range easily, it's time to increase the weight. If you can't complete the minimum reps with good form, reduce the weight slightly.
